pitsilos calm down man what is your problem, no one is claiming that human life is cheap (except Pyr who thinks that the TC killings were not SO bad), no one dissaggrees on how horrible it is but a lot of these killings were done by the bandits also, these people are not part of the Turkish army they are just patriotic criminals, you cant expect them to be the most humane as it was the case for their Armenian counterparts who commited similar acts against the Turkish villages who killed hundreds of thousands of Turkish civilians and you can find pictures of the same sort with dead Turks as well, as turkish_cypriot says this subject should be left to the historians and ottomanologist(!!) and i totally aggree but i will continue to defend Turkey until it has been done so....

Pits really are you being ignorant and bloody minded for the sake of it? all we are saying lets prove it if its right then ok but you are condenimg Turkey without a fair trial and of course you do not and cannot see this because it does not fall in line with your hatred for a country which you believe interevened in Cyprus without cause and caused you the division. How can you logically argue anything unbiased about your "rapist"? you want to believe and support everything and anything bad that is said about him dont you? you can condem or not all you like pitsilos, anyone can doesnt change anything, no one here or in Turkey is denying the deggree of the cruelties that took place as in any war, but to declare it Genocide is a whole new ball game with a whole new set of conseqences, so to prosecute one in that manner is going to need real investigation and hard evidence...
