I doubt if they have a web site… they are a typical Cypriot business!

We rented an apartment while our house was being built and liked the furniture so much that we asked the owner where he got it from (it was Vobe of course).

So we bought loads of the furniture for our house from them including some custom made stuff for the bedroom.

We have also furnished a further three apartments in Pissouri from Vobe. On every occasion they have given us a good deal and delivered when they said.

They are on the road that leads into the Zakakiotika (?) Industrial area…

Head up towards the motorway on the port road, over Makarios and take a left at the last traffic lights before the Polemidia roundabout.

Go over about a thousand sets of traffic lights (4 or 5) and then do a left at the crossroads with the shoe emporium on the right side of the road. I think it is signposted Industrial Area. Turn left there and it is a feww hundred m down on the left...

Hi all, especially David and Kellie who I have not had the pleasure to talk to on this site yet. We are looking forward to getting to meet you all and we should try and get together sometime when we are all there. As Kate and Lee and Simon know we are in block F and are awaiting completion as we are the last to be finished BUT we have heard it should be completed by end April. Just had our completion certificate through but sorry no pictures. Interlink said they will send them in the next few days but we fly out Friday so may see the real thing first.

If any come through in the meantime I will post them on here.

Is anyone up to speed with how all the utilities work out there (tv,phone,internet etc.?)

I dont really know much about the utilities sorry. You must be really excited, it is weeks until we go and I am excited already, but getting a bit nervous as to how much is left to do. We got an update at christmas and they had just tiled but they still have the bathroom, kitchen and windows to go in. Where are you staying whn you arrive?

Staying in Pissouri.

The only problem is we arrive Friday and do the handover Monday so it will be teasing us all weekend. We are really excited but also a bit nervous that we will like all that has been done as we haven't seen pictures.

I work with a couple that have a place down the hill towards the main road that have friends that are buying in E block so if I see him i will ask if he has any pics.

Wow it would be great to meet more neighbours, where are you from?. Is that how you heard about the development?
Are interlink putting you up, as you should not have to pay for the accommodation yourself.

I wasn't told about not paying for accomodation.

Is that something that was part of the sale??

We heard about the development from an english company call choice overseas on the wirral as we were originally looking for somewhere in bulgaria to start with and evenyually end with something in Cyprus.

I'm not sure where these other E block people are from but the bloke I sometimes work with is in the RAF just outside london.

We also found out about the apartments from Choice Overseas in Birkenhead too, how spooky!!! Are you originally from the Wirral area coz that is where we live.

We were originally looking at Bulgaria as a stepping stone to Cyprus but after speaking to Choice and Andreas we decided, sod it, lets go for
Cyprus now while we are still young!

We were told by Andreas that they would put us up when we arrive until we moved in. I have not booked anywhere to stay and dont think I can afford it. Also Simon has told us that the maintenance has gone up and they want a year up front instead of monthly installments.

There seems t be a pattern emerging here, you seem to have been told the same things as us, especially about the maintanence fee. We only found out last week that we had to pay the fee upfront after Andreas had told us it could be paid monthly.

We are going to be staying in an appartment in Pissouri that we have hired with my In-laws and will ask Tanya on Monday about them paying the costs and see what she says.

In answer to your question about coming from the Wirral, I was born in Wallasey and we lived in a village just outside of Chester. we now live down south in Buckinghamshire.
