Hi everyone,
I am also an owner of apartment in aphrodite gardens and have only recently discovered website, quite an intresting read, been out in june and the guy who started doing pool was doing really good job so shame if thay mess up and we loose him.spoke to olga today and seems he was paid by cheque and it was wrong name so waiting for replacement this was read from an email linda had sent her so is true

Regarding the cracks around the pool, there were more cracks yesterday, I think it might have something to do with the builders! I have attached a picture taken yesterday, when some work was being done on the site

Pavements

Hi Kate and Lee and everyone
Was out there 3 weeks ago and the pavements have been dug up but pipes/cables were being laid and it was a big mess. We arrived about 2 am in the morning, drove to the complex, got as far as your block E and then nearly collided with a ton of earth. They had dug up the pavements all along from blocks A-F and piled the earth up in the middle of the road so we couldnt get to our car park round the back as it was blocked off. Everybody there no matter in which block had to park in the A/B car park as it was the only parking available as all other blocks were impossible to get into.
Not sure how much they have done in the last few weeks but there is still an awful lot to be done.
Did you have someone staying in your apartment 3 weeks ago, met a nice couple who arrived about the same time as us and we had a laugh about the roads though it wasnt really funny !!!
Pools are looking really good, nice and clean , met the pool guy and he is doing a good job, though cracks are still there, think the concreteis just settling down and dont think its a major problem in the long term but I am no surveyor so what do I know about it !
Must admit absolutely love the apartment but it will be nice when the outside looks as good as the inside does.
Anybody out there in October as we are back there again

Gonna miss you I am afraid as you will arrive just as we are going back.
We are there from 3rd to 12th, shame as we could have had a beer, never mind always next time.
