I understand that somebody stole some of the loungers 9Simon says it was him) which is why they all have to be locked-up now.

Ha ha, I am over again this weekend so you best make sure your doors are locked or I might break in and pinch that expensive bottle of malt!!

Not too sure what they can do. But I can speak with them tomorrow if it helps. The project is under InterlinkCasa which is separate from the UK office.

Hi, this is very poor in my eyes. We paid them alot of money for 12 months maintenance and this is not acceptable is it. It should be run properly shouldnt it not by '2 English guys'

It looks like to me that interlink are farming out the maintenance to other people/guys/companies and making money off it.

they should be doing it themselves

Interlink are actually the builders and the developers on this project. This is why we find it inexcusable that these problems have occured when they have total control over the project. There is no point trying to speak to the UK office as Paul Morgan is very ill.

We are not trying to be negative as the complex has the possibility to be amazing if run correctly but Interlink are letting themselves down with their attitude, as they have now got most peoples money. The annoying thing is that these problems should have been ironed out by now, it is coming to the main holiday season and hopefully now that more owners are going out to their appartments they will see the problems first hand. If these new contractors are not up to scratch we can be on top of the matter straight away.
