Apart from this, the sun shone everyday, the cypriot people are lovely (with the odd exception) and we had a great time. Anyone got any questions, just ask.

Hi, I would complain that is shoddy. I have also emailed them re minutes but not heard back. I would like to know what went on. Were both pools dirty?

You got any pics, if so stick'em on?

We spoke to Interlink everyday, regarding the pool, the bins, and the loungers. After 2 days Maria assigned us 3 loungers and an umbrella which we had to sign for and keep locked up in our store cupboard! Somebody found a bin on another street and brought it to the front of the apartments, the someone was not from Interlink. The pool was not cleaned once while we were there and we could not use it for the last 2 days as the water was green and full of flies! Both of the pools were like this. One of the owners took his children to the Pissouriana in the village to use their pool.

We keep being told that all the members of the committee have to sign the minutes before they are sent to us and as all the members are not all in Cyprus at the moment, god knows when we will be getting them!

If any of you have got bookings for you apartments in the next few weeks, I suspect you will be getting complaints! We have had to cancel someone who should have been going out on Wednesday, because we don't feel that the complex is fit for purpose.

Hi,

I have spoken to Interlink about the state of the pools a few weeks ago when we went out. They advised that they are not happy with the company currently cleaning the pools. I think we need to get on to this asap. I think the pools need to be cleaned at least every other day and a new company should be found as priority. I do have guests over in 2 weeks and this does concern me. Has anyone else heard similar about the pool cleaners?

Who are you paying to clean the pool, Interlink or the maintenance company?

If it is Interlink then it is down to them to see that it is maintained properly and blaming the pool maintenance company is inexcusable.

I understand that somebody stole some of the loungers 9Simon says it was him) which is why they all have to be locked-up now.

We actually don't believe that anybody stole any loungers because when we complained, suddenly boxes of them appeared. Also if we have paid for them then it should be up to us to decide if they should be locked up or not. If this is something that was discussed at the meeting can one of the committe memebers who uses this site please let us know the outcome. We only know what Interlink are saying and they are not always the most truthful. The matter of the loungers needs to be resolved, we need to find a solution to this or anybody renting out the apartments is going to have no where to sit and enjoy the pool.

We have spoken to Interlink again this morning complaining about the state of the pool and at about 3pm uk time, Interlink rang to say they have appointed a British firm to do the pool maintenance and also a new company to do the gardens. We can confirm that the pool has been cleaned today because we have spoken to one of the owners who is still there. Interlink have also told me that it will be cleaned 3 times a week from now on. (we will have to wait and see)

Now that seems like a result. I would like to know what you mean by Interlink are not always truthful. Do you have an example ?

To many to list ,have spoken to more that one person at interlink and am i am never given the same answer to the same question and these people are in the same office. They just tell you what they think you want to hear and not the truth and this is not just the case with me ,but is still happening to people who are out there now
