I have also just sent her an email expressing concern as we have a 2 year old and so security was a massive issue for us. There we a few surprises when we got there although nothing as major as this the rest were minor things.

Likewise, what other surprises did you come accross?

Our contract reads:
Paved communcal BBQ area with pergolas, (there weren't any when we left)
Electric gated entrance to the project, with swipe card access for owners only (how can the new communcal/public area work?)

Do you also know that there is no BBQ. It is just a prep area.

If you are in A block you have a view into an electrical sub station.

The provision for sky is for each block not the complex so the cost is between 8 homes not 48.

No provision for a dishwasher as in the contract.

Interlink want to keep your 3rd key for 1 year for some strange reason.

The workmen are plugging their stuff into the power supply in the store cupboards so when you take delivery make sure you lock yours.

No pergolas either!

I don't think they have finished the gardens yet so there is time for them to do the BBQ etc, unless you know something I don't. The prep area is not finished yet (well it wasnt when we left on 2nd Feb). We weren't given our key for the store cupboard anyway, were you?

We will be installing a camera in our place so we can keep an eye whats going on.

We asked about the BBQ and Tanya said that there WILL NOT be one built. We do have our store room key but they kept one key for the flat for the snagging. They did however keep asking when we were planning to visit again but we were cagey about telling them as the reason for knowing was very vague (just so we know in our heads, was the answer.)
