Hi Simon,

What do you think of the development so far? They have completed more than I thought they would. We are the block that just the base work has been done on, although we did not expect to be so close to the house infront, but the views are still there and we do have 2 balcony's. We are getting really excited now how about you?

Hi Simon,

We have a small balcony off the kitchen and one off the front room. Not, sure about renting yet, the extra income would be great but dont think it would justify the cost of advertising etc. We will proberly rent to close friends and family, how about you?

Hi

No, don't think we are renting it ours too much hassle and risks of damages etc. We will probably only let it out to close friends and family.

I've heard some horror stories from a friend who rents his villa out.

So, being from nr Liverpool. Are you blue or red??

Cheers
Simon

Generally speaking I let Simon speak for me as he knows everything about everything in Cyprus…

On this occasion he is correct though, we’ve lived in Pissouri for just over four years. We had a good walk around your site yesterday – unfortunately we got there very late afternoon so it was fairly dull. I’ll post more pictures soon if you like?

Mr G,

Thanks that would be great. It is amazing just how much they do in a small space of time. They expect it to be ready at the end of Dec which we thought was Unachievable but maybe not now.

To be honest with you I’d be surprised if your block is finished in that time.

The basic skeleton of the building is very quick to go up and the brick infill takes no time either. It’s the tiling and services which really take lots of time.

Fingers crossed that it is finished but Cypriot developers are notoriously optimistic when it comes to completion dates. We have another Interlink project a stones throw from our house – they are months behind schedule…
