If this is done, will I get my house and property back?

You set up a property commission to mirror ours and all refugees apply for restitution or compensation, then everyone has the right to either live north or south under the administration of either TCs or GCs.

Why should I apply to ANY Commision whatsoever? Who the hell is ANY COMMISSION to decide on my behalf for MY OWN PROPERTY.

If you want to set commissions to decide what YOU are going to do, set one thousand of them. I don't care. And I am not going to account or talk to any of them. My property is there and I have nothing to discuss with anyone.

MY LANDS AND MY PROPERTIES, WHICH CONSTITUTE WHAT I CALL MY COUNTRY, ARE NOT FOR SALE.

You will follow the same procedure as everyone else if a solution or structure is agreed, what makes you so different? Will you go against your GC leaders if the tell you apply to the relevant body for assessment of your case and rights? will go kick the family now residing in your property? If you do not want to apply to the north state then you can go and plead your case elsewhere and to anyone that will listen as other GCs start to return.

We have a Greek Cypriot School do you have a Turkish Cypriot School?

No you don't.....if Turkish is an equal official language in the "RoC" then surely is should be compulsorily taught to all your children. Do you have any GC children who speak any Turkish? but the few TC children in the south can speak fluent Greek, why is that?

No, in the south we have english schools, american schools and just schools.. ones that teach both greek and turkish..

We don't segregate and point out differences, treat everyone the same...

As the border has only been open a few years, it will take a while before the govt deems it neccesasry to change from greek and english signs to cope with the TRNC visitors...

At least the RoC has signs that cope with "english speaking" visitors, ironic the TRNC doesnt when Brits are its target audience for "stolen" land sales...

Turkish is one of your official languages which you do not use as much as you should dont try and riggle out of it. You have TC children who are forced to study 99% of the time in Greek and 1% in Turkish and you call this a fair balance.

And who told you such a procedure will ever be agreed? Or even be voted for? Nobody can decide for my own property, and nobody can take it from me and give it to someone else.

As for what I will do with the people living in my property that’s upto me to decide not you.I will certainly not kick anyone out in the streets, on the other hand I will not let anyone tell me what to do either. And certainly I will not have to discuss anything with any stupid committee or else they will discuss with my lawyer at the ECHR.
