You are correct these people are the product of our governments inadequacy in creating gainful employment but of course they to are constrained to a certain degree by the isolation policies unfairly imposed on the TRNC by none other than the "RoC". The fact that our economy can only support and attract cheap migrants workers from Turkey and people can earn a higher wage doing the same job in the south due to the benefits of recognition and a stronger economy these people are put in a difficult position and are left at the mercy of GC employers.
Get real man!! The isolation was not imposed on you by RoC, it was created by Turkey's invation!! You wouldn't be talking about isolation if Turkish troops were not on the island!

How right you are askimwos. We wouldn't be talking about anything for that matter. We'd all be 6 foot under pushing up daisies.

You made your point...
Now why do you need the 40,000 turkish troops on the island...don't tell me to protect you from the bloodthirsty GCs. What about demilitarising the island first and letting an even bigger number of UN troops in while we try to sort the problem? Do you think that GCs will attack you once the turkish troops leave the island?
