Limassol Hotel

Postby Svetlana » Mon Feb 05, 2007 2:24 pm

A friend of mine has a late afternoon meeting in Limassol (seafront) and later has to fly out of Larnaca. Rather than returning to Paphos for a few hours, he wishes to book a cheap hotel room for the evening; can anyone suggest anywhere cheap and easy to find, please?

Hi twinkle

Did you just ring round getting good rates?
Was that recently, BTW?

yep, ring round. the hotels are pretty empty this time of year which is why Elias and Mediterranean are closed for refurbishment

I think Hawaii is closed for renovation also. If it is just for a night and they have many empty rooms then if you ring around you will get a good price. Better for them to give it cheap than have it empty!

The Pavemar is £15 a night, can anyone give me directions for the Catholic Church on the seafront, to pass on to him, please?

from the old port roundabout as you go towards the tourist area, there is a bank of cyprus on the left.
the church is a few meters ahead of the bank.

i think.....

As you drive from the catholic church towards the tourist area, there is Debenhams on the left side and a bus stop next to Debenhams.
Pavemar is behind the bus stop.
