Did you pay before seeing the snagging list?
If so, why have you paid this?
If you are unhappy with the kitchen units why didnt you bring this to their attention earlier on?
Did you not choice of units yourself?
Poor workmanship, surely you could recognise this early on?

Shouldn't your location field read:
"Pissouri 07/sitting at home getting plastered in front of my PC on friday night" ???

It all sounds very logical Simon – we’ll eagerly await your stories of handover and snagging…

Truth is it is very difficult – property is likely to be late, you’ll have deadlines and want to get it handed over, plus the developer will promise the earth… You’ll be stuck with either walking away and facing penalty clauses for not accepting on time or accepting with a snagging list and a promise of rectification.

I have a point too!

It all sounds quite logical but until you are in that situation yourself you should not criticise others! I hope you don’t have problems with your apartment (honestly) but what is described above is par for the course here…
