No we were unable to visit before the completion date and so regretably had to pay the final instalment and take a chance that the snags would be minor/quickly rectified. We did think that we had chosen finish beforehand (and have documents) but Ariso say this was all a misunderstanding and there was no choice !!!

We did our snagging list back in September - long before we parted with any money - how abot you lawyer - would he not handle the problems for you - Hope you get things sorted ok

As it happens my man I was just checking on the PC before heading off to kip, yes it is in my bedroom the computer. But I was having a day off work today to visit a friend, so 2am local time wasn't too late to go to bed for me....
.... of course, maybe for you that's late o'clock?
But then that's what happens if u get old, or can't stand the pace any longer....
