are the tcs ever expected to pay mother turkey back?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

are the tcs ever expected to pay mother turkey back?

just a quick question.

in the event of unified solution does the roc have to foot the bill for all the cash tipped into the black hole?

or you think turkey will just wipe the slate clean? to which i highly doubt.

the reason i say this is because by pyro's, and thanks mate, the bill is from US$50o million to 1 billion.

if just take for arguments sake 750 million per year in 32 years it becomes 24 billion dollars

that amounts roughly to about 10% of what turkey owes to the imf, a sizeable amount.

this figure does not even cover the security provided by the turkish forces. that would also be an additional, 10 billion.

on a side note could you imagine if turkey spend all this money in her own country?, or given it to the kurds?

the tcs haven't realised yet that they gotta pay this money back sooner than later.

What do you think the blame game is about. I posted an article a while back that the RoC received an accountant’s report, just before the referendum on the Anan Plan, about the cost of unification to the RoC. They estimated a cost of 54 billion dollars and that is without the items you mention above. Why do you think Tpap was crying for every one to vote OXI. Now it is a case of blame Turkey and sends all the people crying to them. The RoC knows these poor people are not going to get anything for years and years but it is quite content with giving them false hope and washing its hands and shrugging its shoulders.

On what? Future speculation on where this money is going to come from. What you are trying to get at is that Turkey will always own part of us and I have said yes they will. You cannot be serious if you aretrying to tell me that Greece will not own a part of you because then you will really make me laugh. If you want a serious discussion then talk like you mean it and not like you are trying to score points.
