there is already a level playing field, ts called the roc

Thats a GC state run by GCs for GCs, how can that be a level playing field, lets level out to the level where you have a state we have state, you have an airport we have an airport, you have no army we have no army, you reduce immigrants we reduce settlers and so on??? Then lets sit down as equals and talk unification.

Any good or is it just that you want to maintain the upper hand of recognition?

Have you lived there for some 400 years?

Were you in fear or threatened by being annihilated?

Do you have a partnership agreement with the Maltese people?

Do you own any land there?

Any guarantor rights?

No! to all the above then you haven't got a hope in hell but you can always try your luck if you feel you have had enough corn flakes today.

Most Cypriot Greeks also wanted Cyprus to become part of Greece, the difference is that Cyprus has been an island with Greek heritage and Greek civilization for the last 3000 years, the Greeks endured all sorts of invaders, occupiers and oppressors and we are still here, speaking the same language as our ancestors and we are still here and never go. Cyprus is the last independent Greek island whether you like it or not... history has shown that it will remain such for eons to come so go back to that a@@hole imaginary state of yours and live your imaginary life happy ever after.

You are totally wrong we do not want to rid the island of GCs, you have just as much rights as we do to be here although you wanted to turn Cyprus to Greece and rid it of its TC population but we wont go there.

If we cannot share the island mixed then we have to do it living side by side like the last 33 years which had brought all the people here a peacefıl exsistence, you cannot dent this.

Have we resolved our problems? we are stuck just like we were in 1963, nothing has changed we are still playing the blame game, the desire and the will are just not evident on either side of the divide.

and you said that the imaginary gc friends visit you and and you visit them. do you visit them while your awake or when you go to sleep? and do they visit you while your awake or while you are asleep?

You are totally wrong we do not want to rid the island of GCs, you have just as much rights as we do to be here although you wanted to turn Cyprus to Greece and rid it of its TC population but we wont go there.

No VP this is your view, I as a Cypriot Greek have the same rights as you a Turkish Cypriot, the only difference in our views is that you believe the Turkish Cypriot community should have equal rights as a whole (50% power share) to the Greek Cypriot Community, that is undemocratic and basically an apartheid as the minority will be able to rule the majority. For you YOU should have equal political power to 4 GCs... so fundamentally your ideas is of Turkish domination on this island with the excuse of protecting yourselves from the butcher Greeks. Well wake up because YOU ARE A MINORITY and this is what you will be in the new Cypriot unified state. You will have minority rights eg. guarantees of eg. 20% of government jobs and guarantee of 20% of power but that will be your power... no more no less... we do not accept anything else
