Now I will describe an incident that I personally witnessed at a construction site. Just to teach our PROPAGANDIST here what total truth is, and what truth twisted for PROPAGANDA purposes is.

There was a GC tile layerer about 60 years old placing tiles at a construction site. The tiles were some grey colour with some slight darker grey water line patterns. I watched the man for a few minutes how fast he layed the plaster and how accurately he adjusted the tiles.

I go see the foreman to talk with him for some other matters. The foreman is a GC guy who himself was a brick layerrer in the past. He has not even graduated an elementary school, and all he is doing there is shouting as much as he can at his workers to make them work as much as they can. What would you expect from such a person?

We go together with the foreman where the tile layerer was working. Within half an hour the man has finished 2 rooms!!! He was really very effective. At that moment the lady owner of the house came. She saw the tiles and she said, "hold on the water lines on the tiles are not all facing the same direction!" At that moment after careful look both me and the foreman noticed the lady was right. And then what happened?

The bloody uneducated foreman started shouting to the 60 year GC tile layerer, "you are stupid, everyone of you is useless, I go away for half an hour and you make a mess here, you are going to bankrupt me. Take all the tiles out you useless idiot, and he started kicking the tiles, he really treated the old man like shit in front of so many people… I felt so embarassed, I said imagine if I were in the position of the old man I would brake his teeth for insulting me that way in front of everybody.

I reported the incident to the company manager. I said this foreman is a sadist and it is a disgrace to have people. He told me, "Ok then, fire him, and if you find anyone better to replace him then come back and I will cut my throat".

I am not aware that this is the situaiton I just gave you those as possible explanations as to why they do not conform to your rigid black and white views, but I will ask the people concerned next time we meet.

This is the funniest story I have read for a long time. A sixty year old brick layer.........A professional brick layer foreman.............and what ever professional capacity Pyro works in..........and it takes a woman to point out the mistake....hahahahahaha! Perhaps when the foreman was shouting at the 60 year old man you could have stepped in and taken your share of the blame and pointed out his instead of standing there red faced. That is exactly what I would have done but then again I would not have made such an obvious mistake.....

Why are you so suprised, I have 2 very good GC friends we socialise on both sides of the divide. One is an official in your administration so I do have direct exposure to GCs, do you have any Tcs friends?
