I think that was part of the problem back then. we did what we had to and we pulled out. and now we are staying to help rebuild, -- which is what we are doing there at the present-- and we still get criticism from everyone.

Eliko--i semi-agree with you on the point about what happens in other countries is none of our business. but what if no one challanged germany in WW2, and just let them have a happy little holocost. would that be right? what would germany be like now if no one interfered back then? and if "that" is different--then what makes it so different from what is happeneing today in the world? who should determines that?

Gorillagal England did not go to war because of the holocaust, they entered the war to help Poland which was INVADED by Nazi Germany. The US INVADED Iraq, whatever the motive or reason it was an invasion! They are trying to FORCE democracy onto a people who just arent ready for it! Democracy comes from the people within that country - like France (French revolution) England (civil war) even the US had their fight for freedom from the British didnt they? Sadaam was a bad man - no denying it, but were the US right to invade and cause chaos? Sorry you get a resounding NO,NO,NO from me!

GG,

Can you please tell me, if you're getting your news mainly from "Fox News", because this is the kind of "optimistic views" they have been giving the American people, as well as the "we are there to do good things". Don't you get tired listening to all that propaganda shit, that is thrown at you. They will never admit, that their beloved "Born again Idiot, Son of a Bush" could have caused all this. "We are the good guys, and they are the bad", or "God is on our side". Now Bush wants to save his legacy with more dead soldiers. I posted yesterday, that 85 more of our soldiers died, and for what? We made Iraq into a "Hell Hole", and no matter who is doing the killing of all the civilians there, we were responsible for opening the "Gates to Hell" for the Iraqis. So no matter how much good we want to do now, it can never be enough, to compensate, because we have already done our worst.

85 of our soldiers died yesterday, while 185 innocents died in suicide bombers blew themselves up in public places. every one of those deaths are senseless.
i get my news from all over, i try to remain fairly open minded,
and regardless of what anyone thinks, i know that the USA is doing alot of good things in iraq. yes, admittingly, alot of bad things, but alot of good things too.

One of my adult poems for you GG. This one got a great response from a noted and prized African poet.. Not bragging or anything 8)

Plutoed
by zan

Follow the sharrows’
To avoid the climate canary
For green is a snowclone.

I julie,
And you come
But he is lactard
To the milk of human kindness.

I waterboard
The decider
About his flog

I feel I have pwn’ed him
But he holds tight
To his data valdez

The fox lips
Spew Islamic macaca moments
That stay the course

We wait the sudden jihad syndrome
And soon he will be plutoed.
