yeah, why NOT turn Cyprus into a Russian/American arena, that would definately lighten things up....

How does that football song go?,..................Here we go, here we go, here we go !, and everyone gets out the shovels ready to 'Dig In', because a few warships are sighted out at sea.
Where else would you expect to see them?, that is what they do in order to make their presence known all over the world's sea-ways, seems to me that the whole scenario is developing into a kind of 'Chicken Little' story.
Relax folks, the sky is not falling!.

it cant be Russian/American arena... is not a cold war anymore.
Cyprus is insignificant for the relationship of 2 countries to be spoiled... now when it comes to Turkey, EU etc...there Cyprus could have an advantage. Turkey has an enourmous trade with Russia and yet, Russia always takes ROC side in political conflicts. Its my own opinion, i could be mistaken..

Dedicated to those worrying that Turkey may consider attacking the free areas of Cyprus.

Orange circles at 42 kms = Buk-M1 batteries, Blue Circles at 20 kms = Aspide batteries, Red circles at 12 kms = Tor-M1 batteries.
Thank you Russia (and Italy!)

Any ship entering 70 kms off our coasts, can be sunk by our Exocets with a 90% kill probability. It only takes a press of a button.
Thank you France!
