Kitchen packages

Postby hunneypie » Tue Jan 30, 2007 9:50 pm

Dear All

Am new to this forum so..... hello!

Hubby and I are coming out to beautiful Cyprus on Monday to furnish our much awaited finished house in Souni! We have managed to locate a good furniture package, but could do with some help on the following, we are looking at keeping costs to a minimum as we have a fairly tight budget:-

Kitchen packages (i.e. plates, dustpan, s&p pots etc)
Linen - bed linen, towels, etc (soft furnishings basically)
Curtains and poles we need about 16 pairs so again, not expensive ones
Garden furniture, we hear it is not cheap in Cyprus;-(
and where would we find gravel .....silly question but some of the land around the villa needs finishing off so we thought we would gravel it or deck it out, again any help on this subject is appreciated.

I think thats all...... for now. there is so much to think about.

Thanks in advance for your help, its much appreciated.

Yes you can drive to nicosia in a rented car but as your house is in souni it would be quicker just to go to limassol to find what you need there is a store a ypsonas called elinas that will have everything you need

For furniture on the cheap look at my add in the classifieds section. For all the rest there is a lovely superhome center next to debenhams in Paphos

well maybe, but i think as pahos is a 40 drive west of where the house is I think she can find what she wants locally. That said, a visit pahos is always nice ,expensive, but nice
