I just got mad from the guy who says he runs a company and his mobile number is a "so easy" number. Imagine a company owner having a so easy mobile and playing the "know it all" in here.

WHOAAA guys !!!!

so, is gas or diesel best for heating - i take it that you refer to central heating your house.

being just a simple working bloke who isnt lucky enough to get to Cyprus yet - 3 months to go.

i don't know anything about central heating in Cyprus.

do many new houses have it?
is it gas run - and is there mains gas provided?
if not, is it bottled gas and how much is it and how long does it last with regular use?
if its not gas, is it diesel, and how much does it cost and again how long does it last?

OR, i'v eheard that the air con is also used for heating - is this right/
do they now blow hot and cold?

sorry for so many questions but want to be prepared for it all when we get there and not get a massive shock.

not bothered about having to do things differently over there, just want to be prepared.

many thanks

Pam and Paul

Gas or diesel best? Neither, hot air heating is best, just turn on your PC, log onto Cyprus Forum and there is loads of it, for free!!!

in know gas is the best for central, but you are right if installing A/C reverse cycle it is very good and much cheaper if it is a new install ,but not as good as gas for central, but that said i dont sell heating so some bum with no idea will pop up tell how good their product is ( spare me )
