Anyway one should never take them from behind as you cant kiss them from that position

The imagination is wild hey?

But the Welsh people do seem to have an attraction for sheep, thats what the wellington boots are for, back legs of the sheep on all that!!!

With exception to me, im more than happy with my wife.

For how many KVA are you licenced in UK?
That much you will get here, I mean in case you would be interested to sign Electrical designs/installations etc.

As for doing manual Electrical work, what counts is what you know, not how many exams you passed. New installations are always checked by the Electricity Authority before powering them on, no matter how qualified the person who did them was.

For maintenance, repairs etc any minimum qualifications are accepted.

I don't think you need to sit on ANY exams here. Just bring your papers and you will get the appropriate licence for xx KVA.

Thats great news then!! :o

I have approx 17 years experience in all aspects of electrical installation.

I really hope to come out to Cyprus for a few days in the middle of Feb to obtain taxation and starting a business.

Are you an electrician yourself then ?

Re kVA, pretty much upto and incluidng 3.3 kVA.

High level of experience in single, three and split phase supplies incluidng all general aspects of electrical installation and testing.

I am sorry but the info from pyrpolizer is rubbish if you want to work for yourself you need to be licenced in cyprus and to get them to connect power you need a cyprus licence number If you have 3.3kva You dont have enough to connect a pump let alone a house (i think you got it wrong) I am electrical contractor here and I have licences in over 30 countries (over 20 years experience) and I can tell that if you want to work for a local contractor you will find work , If you want to work for youself you will need to get the local licence
Feel free to contact me on 99101711 if you want more info I have a few projects coming up and I am looking for good sparks either subbies or staff

No I am not an Electrician, I was just working for a company before, and among the thousands of other duties they were juicing me out, I was also responsible for hiring personnel. So pretty much I know what "credentials" are required for a varietty of professions. 3.3 KVA is too low, not enough even for a house…

I believe you will not have any problem getting contracts for doing electrical installations, but the designs and checks have to be done by a professional man, i.e you cannot sign them.

How is it rubbish? I already told him he needs a licence for so many KVA, if he is going to sign and take responsibility. If he will just do Electrical work for someone else then that someone else needs to have a licence, check everything, and sign for it taking responsibility. There are many Electricians in Cyprus who work for themselves without having any licence however someone else checks, signs, and appears at the EAC.

Yes you have licences. Does your electrician who pulls the wires around the house have any licence?
