They should not belong to the TURKISH Republic of Northern Cyprus, because those people are TURKISH, as the name of their pseudo 'country' explicitly states, and not Cypriot.

Therefore, we will not share our oil with the Turks, but only Cypriots.

To answer you question, I'm not really certain. I'm sure it falls in the continental waters of the ROC. It could even be between Northern part of Cyprus and Turkey, but it would not make any difference, because "TRNC" is not a country.

Deposits have actually been found in the waters of Cyprus/Egypt (i.e. the southern part of Cyprus) and Cyprus/Lebanon (i.e. the eastern part of Cyprus). Of course, on both occasions, the water belongs to the Republic of Cyprus.
