France.

According to a survey carried out by International Living magazine.

Cyprus was joint 37th....with the UK!

Makes you wonder doesn't it? Out of the frying pan, into the fire springs to mind! LOL!

Although we've more or less given up the idea of investing in a French property/business - too many ex-pats in the Dordogne, all the market traders/shopkeepers & even the dustman spoke English, just like Little Britain.
Is Cyprus the same? Full of ex-pats/entrepreneurs with an opinion?

This is especially true around the Pafos area

Get off the beaten track away from the main tourist areas and its OK

open your mind, Dadalushe! it's there for a reason! way higher up on the list than both CY and the UK....
maybe it is because of the opportunities here. or our freedoms, or our diverse cultures. i can think of a dozen more reasons, but i don't want to sound like i am bragging.

Really can't think how Cyprus came to be 37th. I can understand why Britain might be down the list (although it could improve with Tory Bliar's forthcoming departure :D ).

You see? There you go again, dropping hints about your situation, then get all 'uppity' when people ask you questions. Either that or you ignore them...

What's wrong with socialism? You'd rather have communism?
