Would love to continue with this thread, cos it's getting interesting, but we have a plane to catch - to Paphos. Only there for a week or so this time.

Socialism may not be perfect, but it's the best we got. Even if the big 2 (Bush and Bliar) are working as Dictatorships!

Uk is 37th? lmao they musta been in the nice part and not stayed long enough...I wouldnt mind living in the USA actually, laguna beach looks gorgeous and loads of other places of course..And last time I went the people i met all seemed loverly. So i can see why it was at least 5th.

Where was the top 3 then?

I suppose that there's a first time for everything.

Oh, my opinions on socialism, communism etc. are my own too, but I'm pleased to share them. It was never intended to cause a row, and I for one didn't read it like that at all. But, if you do want a row, then please carry on. It's warmer here than at the local 'Labour Club'. I can't get in there anyway, as I don't have the cloth cap & ferret. Anyway, CV it was you who chose not to answer re. your tax situation because it was too personal, then the very next minute you're telling all the gory details. Make your mind up old chum. Can't have it all ways you know?
