hello. i will be relocating permanently from Middlesex, UK to the Paralimni area and want to find work.
i do many types of work in house and garden maintenance and hope someone out there has a job to offer or advice on who to contact to find this kind of work.

i am VERY multi skilled and just want to be able to work to support me and the other half, now that we've decided to go and live in our favourite place.

Just a bit of advice as i own a company in the area, there are plenty of people doing this kind of work , have some rainy day money to last you until you find a job, be prepared to work for around £3 cy pounds per hour

as you own a company, what work do you do, and are you looking for staff ?

i am not only multi-skilled,but soon i will be a qualified electrician.
would this help to get employment at a higher rate ?

if not, can you give any advice on what kind of qualifications or type of work i can find to get on in Cyprus ??

my family's move depends on me getting a good job with reasonable wages.
not looking to earn loads, just enough to live reasonably well.

we're relocating to Paralimni area and would be very grateful for any help or advice thatyou, or anyone can give me.

i am willing to work hard to make a success.

Paul, average wages in Cyprus range from 300-500 CYP a month for house and garden maintenance. Personally I don't think enough to "comfortably" live off of. My hosuehold earns over 1100 cyp per month and we at times struggle. Although we have rent to pay, 2 cars to make payments on etc.. but still not able to live a comfortable leisurely life here.

we will be coming out and living mortgage free !!

after a long hard struggle to pay off the house here.

so mortgage and rent payments don't have to be met, just living expenses and the odd kleftiko and keos from time to time
