I haven't herd much more on the flags,but your questions are very pertinent. They would definitely need an approval from Talat and Co plus an approval from the Military (you know,from the General in charge of the "Cyprus Peace Corps" ) to put them up.As some of us know very well,you can't even cough in the TRNC without the permission from the military...
