Yeah, with some luck Cyprus will take off and land on top of the Turkish parliament in Ankara.
Now wouldn’t that be a sight. Half a million GCs wake up to find them selves smack bang in the middle of 80,000,000 Turks.
Blow wind blow.

Cyprus; Just as relations between Turkey and the RoC were getting better, Turkey has erected two flags on top of a mountain in a surprise move to piss off the people in the South of the island. A spoke- person for the TRNC said, "these flags are there for the good of our people and our economy. The money came from the people in the form of donations and not a penny of the taxes was used. I even put my fridge up for auction in a fun fund raising day which was organised by the Turkish Vexillology Association" (TVA). The fun day went on until the early hours of the evening due to the lack of electricity for any lighting. The people walked home safely under the light of the other flags on the mountain.
Rumours started to spread quickly in the south, that the flags were in fact giant sails that will be used to move the island closer to Turkey and the erection of a crow- nest near the flags added to the speculation. A leaked report was also intercepted that asked the citizens of the TRNC to consume as much fasulya as possible and point their arses at the flags at three o'clock on Saturday GMT. A large consignment of gas masks has also been ordered from China and no smoking signs are being displayed all over the North of the island.
More News:
The new Cyprus mouse that was thought to be found only on Cyprus has also been spotted in small gondolas in Venice.
The elections in the RoC are hotting up as the new campaign posters of the Tpap party show the party members wearing suits made purely from the hides of donkeys. “This is to show the people of Cyprus that we are dedicated to the Cypriot and ENOSIS has been banished to the annuls of our history". The donkeys were stubborn in their response.
President Talat of the TRNC/KKTC has been accused of profiteering from the power cuts by fixing fridges that were not actually broken. One person, who wishes to stay anonymous, said that it was only when he went out to get some parts and the electricity came on that I found out there was nothing wrong with it. The matter has been sent to the Fridge Ethics Society (FES)
