Yeh sorry but im not sure on that one either, does sound a bit steep in even the best areas, which im not even sure this is, having not seen it of cource. Someone has obviously been ripped off big time. Id say it was worth it, as the size is good for 2 houses, but at 30% you can only build 256 Sq. m , so you would just get one good size house on it.

but nobody was ripped off as whoever bought it did it on his free weel

Its very nice plot, in very nice area for a luxary villa. JFY the new owner is Cypriot.

15 skales in Sfalanjiotissa what would you say that was worth?. Near main road has acess, and is on the road Sfalanjoitissa towards Mathikoloni.

joanna, am not Estate agent or an evaluator, neither i know the areas you are talking about. I put this polt for sale on bahalf of my Cypriot friend, and i trully do not undersatnd why do we still talk about it :roll:
