since when thoose lands were GC?!?! i thought it all belonged to the Cypriots! Which ended up dividing over obvious reasons, now you are claiming them back

Who said I am claiming back the land that belongs to all Cypriots? I claim back what belongs to me! We can still share together the rivers and the mountains and the forests et cetera.

TrashNcan does not even give me back what it belongs to me. It gives it to settlers and other thieves.

90% of the privately owned lands at the occupied. Hence 90% of the public lands and forests and rivers and relegious monuments and the birds, and the viruses, and the mosquitos..
Generally that.
It may vary though e.g Lefka was by 80% TC I think?

Lena i have read your post and i still think it is as contradictory as it was before, you well know why the Turks are here and why the TCs weclomed them in the first place, now if you love your island as much as we love OUR island, then you would stop acting like nothing is happening and that whatever is happening in the north is not immaginary nor temporary!

We are fully aware of the depth of the situation and would like a fair way out of it too, but as long as TCs are treated as the thieves of GC properly and GC land then that means the mentality has not changed a single bit in the last 50 years!

You can all stand on your stupid "viewing post" in Nicoasia and pretend that the TRNC is not there as long as you like, but meanwhile we the TCs, live here and it is our country, wether you like it or not, you are more than welcome to come over or dont and stay in the south its up to you, doesnt make any difference for us...

thats not what i said, that is what i said within the context of your vision of the conflict!

Tell me something then Lena, if you dislike Turks so much and dont want them there, how much time do you think a "Turk" has to spend in your island before he/she becomes a "Turkish Cypriot" and has won your liking and approval of the right to be there? When does a Turk become a TC?

The truth is that the TCs only own 10% of the privately owned lands at the northern part of Cyprus and about 16% at the other part. We are talking for the privately owned lands. The rivers forests etc belong to all of us i.e to the state.

What Lena advocates and I am with her, is that everybody, GCs, TCs, Armenians, British, everybody is entitled to have his privately owned land, and share the state land as a person.

What happened in the northern part is know to everybody. I am not calling every TC a thief, I have a lot of TC friends who I rather die than curse them like that because I know what these people are. But unfortunately not all TCs are like that. They are many who think it is their right to steal other peoples wealth. There are others who say they want their own state based on that theft. There are settlers who think somebody gave it to them as present…

When I hear people asking for recognition of the so called "trnc" this is what comes first to my mind.

For your information law No 159 of the constitution of TrashNcan, which is one of the most basic articles says all the properties of GCs in the northern part don’t belong to them anymore. Again for your information: August 1974 we had the Invasion. January 1976 Denktash was issuing tittle deeds of stolen GC properties!!! And we have people here claiming the TCs were always for re-unification!!! Bullshit, it was clear from the very beginning what it was.

Now before you ask me how the TCs who were 18% owed only 10% in the north and 16% of the PRIVATELY OWNED LANDS?

Notice the word privately owned.

For exactly the same reason that the GCs who were 82% owened only 60%

so let me get this stratight, its only about the stolen property? so if we pay to the RoCunts for the properties, will it be enough shut everyone up? i very much doubt it...

what was clear from the beggining is that, your government didnt want us at all, and tried to get rid of us and it costed them their properties and lots of civilians.... thats what happened Pyr, so why shouldnt we claim those properties, what did you think Turkey was going to intervene for free?

This is the attitude that we dont want to negotiate with, its distorting the reality of the situation, you will never get away with it!
