No, he is not greek speaking. He knows english a little but he's afraid to speak, he needs to improve conversations. Do u know anybody who can give lessons?

What is his mother tongue? that would help. If they were greek i would b able to help as Brittish/Cypriot and speak english as my mother tongue. But i think they would find it more usefull to find someone who will speak their own language aswell as English.
