The TMT mentality of the 60s for taksim.

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I think there were a few more nations including Greece who backed the plan but you can close your eyes as much as you wish doesn't change the result, you have lost a great deal of international credibility and the EU tolerates your very immature stance, which over time will be ignored totally to the benefit of the TCs.

OK Piratis you are doing everything according to the laws where has it gotten you in 33 years? has 1 soldier left? land return? ROR? have the settlers decreased? etc The UN have put their solution on the table which you rejected, if the UN did not back the plan 100% it would never have put it forward so the last word from the UN is that a comprehensive solution via their plan. You continue to reject this, do you truly believe the UN will spend time and effort in creating a completely new plan, then you are only kidding yourself, the AP will be rehashed with some changes to make you happy or save face for rejecting it in the first place. the signs are staring you in the face the EU have rejected your EU solution aspirations and are telling you that the place for a solution in the UN and the in themeantime we will look at ways to keep our promise to the TC people which you are doing everything within your power to stop.

5. Should the Foundation Agreement not be approved at the separate
simultaneous referenda, it shall be null and void, and the commitments undertaken in this Comprehensive Settlement shall have no further legal effect.

Besides this item was there to frighten the TCs into saying yes, they did not see what happened coming from behind with the RoC.

VP , Will you please stop calling the kettle black , you are the most immature unreal individual who steadfastly pretends that the nation whose currency and passports are accepted the world over does not exist. The entire world recognises the ROC, yet the small mind of VP can not possibly COPE with this indisputable and irrefutable fact. Are you Denktash in disguise ?

The passport of the TRNC is accepted the whole world over, we just have to go through a different gate.

I don't really care what currency I am using it is all money and you guys should be using the Euro and nothing else but the passport is a whole different issue. How can a country that is not supposed to exist then walk into another country with its own passport albeit with a visa. The law you keep quoting sounds even more ridiculous than it already is.

Piratis

while on the other hand we do everything in accordance with international, EU and local laws.

Was omission of the word 'constitutionally' intentional?
