The best solution for both communities is to divide our island in a fair way which is the pre Turkish invation population (82% to GC & 18% to TC)

By doing this all Greek Cypriot Refugies who will not return back will be able to optain the property of Turkish Cypriots in the south.

To make things easier i suggest that the Greek Cypriots & the Turkish Cypriots, who will not be able to return, keep, for sentimental reasons, one house or one piece of property in the other side but will never be able to have citizenship rights.

By doing this the two communities can live happily ever after and prosper.

Two separate states in one island just like Haity & the Dominican Republic
share the Island of Hispaniola.
