try and get the vacum bags that you use the hover on .it sucks all the air out and a 2 ft pile of cloths goes down to four inchs they are great

Thanks for all that.

The reinforced laundry bags - are they those blue and pink checked ones.

I`m also going to look for the hooverable bags as they sound good if you can get so much into so little space !!!

Yes that's right although they come in many, usually, very bright colours. People look at you like your homeless when you arrive at the airport with them. Don't forget that with the vacuum bags the stuff still weighs the same which is probably the most important thing when flying.
