I have a great idea for a Cyprus property settlement. I may just write a letter to the T/C Minister of Interior.
Here it is. Tell me what you think, I am sure you will anyway.
The Turkish Cypriot government could repeal the ban on building more than two floors of houses in villages, in order to house everybody who wants to live in the disputed village, one or two floors can go the G/Cs and another one or two floors to the settlers. That way all you can argue about is which floor you will live on. Do you prefer top or bottom?
Just think Greek-Cypriots and Mainland Turks can live as neighbours! Their children playing with eachother in the fields, effortlessly switching over from thick Anatolian Turkish to Cypriot Greek. You could teach eachother so much!
It could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship!
