I remember a member with the nick name "Agios Amvrosios". I am sure he would be very interested in this too!

Whats the Turkish name?? Esentepe??

Im only asking the Turkish names as we don't know the Greek ones.

When was the first video made, any ideas.??

Last video on Girne / Kayrenia with songs from John Lennon...Imagine and Beatles...Yesterday, just about sums up my feelings about Cyprus. :cry: :cry:

I would also confirm that the Turkish name is Esentepe. There is a comprehensive list of the northern villages with their Greek/English/Turkish names at http://www.kypros.org/Occupied_Cyprus/c ... _names.htm

Forum members may like to reflect that 12 of the former inhabitants of Agios Amvrosios/Esentepe are amongst the "missing" and perhaps to spend a few seconds remembering them and the thousands of others in both communities who have paid the ultimate price for our past failures to respect one another.
