So basically as the subject says, I am looking for a room mate. Details as follows:

-located in Haraki (Limassol - near Mitsubishi)
-Large living spaces (especially for Cyprus)
-4 bedrooms (meaning you will get 2 rooms)
-fully furnished with modern high end furniture
-Wireless internet
-Marble / Paquetry flooring
-full central heating
-air con
- etc....

The place needs to be seen to be appreciated. This is a far better option than renting a one bedroom shoebox.

I am an easy going Australian male, who is house trained. I am neat & not too loud. I would prefer a female house mate, as I find it easier to live with them (note: I have a girlfriend & am happy in my relationship. Not looking for any funny business)

Due to the nature of this place, I will be VERY picky with whome I want to live with.

Rent is 220 per month not inc water & electricity (which will be split)

Well, I live with a girl now, and she is fine with it.

I am a neat person, and I have found living with guys always ends in mayham - ie: dirty glasses left all over the place, etc.....

It's all a matter of trust Sotos. I give her now reason not to trust me.

But back on topic, it is a fantastic place, and definately a one off for Cyprus. Anyone interested, please contact me!
