Has there ever been a TC entrant??? or a Turkish song??? Its always a Greek song and a GC or Greek singer.

VP , We should remind the relative organizers that just as the Cyprus pound , the ID card and all other government documents incorporate the T/Cs , so should the selection for the Eurovision song include T/Cs.
I for one will send an email to the organizers , perhaps some one would help with an address.

You think they give a shit, they didnt even bother to respond to my emails...never in the history of Eurovsion song contest entries has Cyprus ever send a Turkish CYpriot singer or song, this shows the GC mentality perfectly, they want to maintain the illusion that Cyorus is a Greek island.

Write your letter in English, PM it to me and I will return a Greek translation to you. E-mail your letter to 3-4 GC newspapers (I will give you the e-mails) Your E-mail must contain your true name and telephone number otherwise they don't publish it.
I guarantee you at least Politis and Haravgi will publish it.

I went direct to the CYBC as we had a potential entry and they didnt even respond with a no thank you.

Cant you see its not worth it, that is how your system works for TCs and leads us to believe that even in a united Cyprus we woud lhave to fight for everythign whereas everything would come automatically for GCs as they would cater for themselves. If you were truly representative of the TCs a song or singer or even a few words in Turksih would have appeared by now, has this been the case? a big fat NO.

I personally wrote letters hundreds of times in newspapers.
I was practically THRILLED when some of my suggestions were finally materialised.

During Vasilious Government Lilikas just took a whole proposal I made to a newspaper down to the Parliament.
Klerides party rejected it then. After he (KLERIDES) took over , he materialised it to the last iota. I couldn't beleive it.

You really dont know your own people.

I wrote last year and suggested a join attempt with a GC+TC couple singing in both languages about unity etc but CYBC didnt even bother to respond. It is a closed shop they will only send GC singers and songs and I heard this year they are even considering a French song to rub in Turkey face or get the 12 points that Turkey normally gets, typical GC mentality. They deserve to be boooed like every year.

Don't be a QUITER VP. If you think everything is rosy for the GCs themselves then you are wrong man. I admit it is not easy, but you have to fight for it. Btw do you know who they sent to EV this year? A girl from the USA full of complexes, who at the last minute she threatened everyone she would quit. Do you know how many GC singers were turned down, EVERYBODY.
