This isn't a contract, a school kid could of typed this. No mention of where the details are going, where they are being held, what your company is called and lots more. You should be in a pack of cards - as a joker.
What is your company name, website link, references please of models. I am not buying into this at all. THe girls i have are very beautiful and have appeared in magazines before. I have dealt with big publishing companies, and no offence, you sound a right cowboy
Clearly you are more ignorant than I thought if you cannot distinguish between a contract or not. If you look at the contract(which I clearly stated was a "release contract" for anyone who can read which clearly simonwjones cannot) it is a "standard release contract" which again I clearly stated so you must be quite stupid to expect a "company name" on a "standard" release contract.
Second I am a writer working on a book which I also clearly stated so why would you expect me to have a website? If people can view my writing online then why would they buy the book? Again you show your ignorance. Thirdly you ask for model references which also shows you cannot read english. I never asked nor at any time made any request or claim that I was looking for models.
If I wanted models I would have dealt with an agency. I don't want models, I am looking for everyday average women, not societies and what the media would have us believe is "attractive". You also ask for a company name? How many authors do you know have their own company? It is the publishers and distributers whose company name is on the book not the authors "company" or have you never picked up a book to read one so you don't know this? When the book is complete and it is picked up by a publisher than I will be happy to give you the "company name".
You say the girls you have are beautiful and have appeared in magazines, well congradulations, good for you but what does that have to do with anything? Although your having exposed your ignorance makes me think that you are full of crap. If what you say is true why don't you tell everyone what your company's name is and what is your web link so we can all see your "girls"? You speak about the "girls you have" as though they were cattle and I doubt any respected "model" would work with someone like you. And who are these "big" publishing companies you have worked for? You seem very quick to judge others and make accusations but I have responded to every request for information in a professional manner and what can you show to back up your claims?
Others have also questioned why I posted my request in this forum. Well to answer what I believe to be a foolish question. I posted my request in the "CLASSIFIED" section which is the appropriate place to post such a request. I did not post it in the general discussion forum or anywhere else inappropriate so I find that question to be quite pointless.
