You have blinded me with your technical terms here - what's a .357 or am I being really thick?

OH, let me tell you Niki2410.
.357 does not blind people, it kills them. It is a Magnum, Smith & Wesson hand gun revolver, a little smaller than the one Clint Eastwood used in "Dirty Harry".
That one was a Magnum .44....you remember the part in "Dirty Harry" when it tells the guy " Goooo Aheeeaaad, Maake Myyy Dayyy."
Or the other one ....
" I know what you thinking, did he fire 5 (bullets) or 6.? Well to tell you the truth, with all this excitment, I've lost count myself. You got to ask yourself a question. Do I feel luck.?...... Well, do ya Punk".
Does all this ring a bell?
Was it you that quoted a passage from "The treasure of the Sierra Madre"?
If it was you certainly know your films because I have never known any one that knows what I am talking about when I say "Badges! We don't need no stinking badges".
I changed it on the other thread, to say " Bridges, we don't need no stinking Bridges", regarding the Ledra Bridge, said by PappaD.!!
But the only "Badges, we don't need no stinking Badges" I saw, was in "Blazzing Saddles". They used a lot of lines in that film, that were used before, I'm sure.
