Near Zygi/ Governors Beach. Road leading to land, which is an official road, recently written at the land registry and due to be tarmacked soon. Land is mostly flat, then goes up to a slight slope, allowing unobstructed views of the surrounding fields, with a few houses near by. Easy access to the highway which is 25 minutes either direction to Larnaca or Limassol. Size of land is approximately 1.4 Donums/Scales. Percentage build varies as it falls into 3 different zones. It is mainly 30-60 % build. Price 60,000 CYP

I felt bad about the price offered above and wondered if i had made a mistake. Thankfully i havent. If anything i have been assured by people that i may have underpriced it, given the current value of land in the area. I dont mind, not a greedy person. It does have a lovely view, i guess the pictures don't do it justice.
