Excellent view of the water tank and so close to the highway you can listen to the traffic all night as well, but tell me can you see the power plant at zigi or only smell it (i love the smell of bunker oil burning in the morning)?

Ok you can see the highway but you cant hear it, as for power plants and things, neither can you see or smell anything whatsoever. As for the water tank, not only is it far away and there is a house right next to it, i dont see what , if any , problem anyone might have with it. Quite the opposite, it proves that there is water (there is also electricity) and this will save anyone wanting to build the time and money in trying to get it. Another thing you might want to know (as you seem to be ignorant as to property in the surrounding area), is that they are cutting plots and building houses about 5 minutes drive away, closer to all that you have mentioned above, and they are selling 500 Sq. Meters for 50,000 (and ppl are buying them!)
