You makie it sound like an old peoples home!!! The residents are all under 35. Professional people who work all day and party week-ends. haha

What it means to live in that area is that you dont have any loud inconvenient constant music buzzing around. Although there are bars along avenue. Its easy to get to any place to have a raucious night out .... then get home and sit on the large veranda with a glass of Keo beer, or if you uncouth, drink out the bottle hahah
