How much??

Postby lysyyy » Sat Jan 06, 2007 11:50 pm

Hello, I have a question for You...
How much should earn employee if he works as a specialyst in the fibreglass manufacturing (fibreglass pools). Specialyst, means somebody in that company, who's got the highest skills in factory, who's maikng the product quality much higher than up to now (new employee, 2 months working in this factory).
I know that it depends of many things, but I want to ask just how much should earn a specialyst??
Many thanks for forwards!

So you basically are talking about a factory worker? There is nothing that says any worker should be making more than any other especially one that has only worked at a place for only 2 months. Also, who has named him a specialist? Do his employers say he is a specialist or he calls himself that?

The particular field your friend specialises in covers such a vast range of products it is difficult to ascertain just what his occupation is, he may be a moulder, he may be a mould maker, he may be involved in the research of new products. It would be extremely difficult to comment on a fair remuneration without knowing just what his field of expertise is, the three above descriptions carry a vastly different amount of responsibility which are paid accordingly, more information please. :? :? :? :? :?
