Hello, thanks for answering. My friend (exactly my brother) is a mouls and plug maker, also he is doing research and developes, designig (on head and on 3D computer program) and repairing the old moulds. His emploer took him from another country, because he saw that he has very bad quality of his pools. My friend starts to making this company the good quality company. The employer has (still) a english, old, man but this man is making very poor quality. The english man earns 300/per week. To my friend he is paying 200 per week and tells my friend that for this time he has no money to give him more...

lysyyy, If your company is producing swimming pools, it may well be that the business is at a low ebb at this time of the year and there may be some justice in your employer's comments, the employee has only been there for a relatively short period, my advice would be, stick with it for a while longer until the value of his 'expertise' becomes more apparent and then re-negotiate with the employer, it may appear that the employee is being exploited at the moment, but a sensible employer will recognise the potential of an asset to his company and act accordingly, good luck and best wishes. :) :) :) :) :)

lysyyy, tell your brother to go on "STRIKE" until he gets better wages and at least a 3 year contract or better still start a rival company before he gives away his experienced skills and techniques and they get rid of him as it sounds like he is being used !!!

Great advice 'HIGHLANDER', foreign employee goes on strike for higher pay after two months employment 'eh ?, nice reference for his next attempt at securing a means of survival. Start up a rival company! even better idea, all he needs is a large premises, capital, transport, equipment, credibility and various other obvious requirements and he's away. I think this chap is asking for some sensible guidance through a difficult period, surely he should familiarize himself within the business he is in first before taking drastic actions, he may well be suffering from exploitation at the moment but should quietly explain his position to his peers and employer, if they are at all interested in his well being and if he is good at his job, all will be well, if not, better weather will be with us all soon.
