Derived from the words teppan, meaning iron plate, and yaki, which means to grill, teppanyaki is a type of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook various meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles eaten with various dipping sauces

Teppanyaki means "grilled on the hot plate"

Chefs cook in front of the guests/clients.

tnx for asking.

cheers!

Thanks for explaining, apologies for mis-spelling it, and it sounds delicious!

I'm a computer programmer working from home in Limassol for a company in the UK. I worked for the company since 1995, and in 2006 I quit, but they let me carry on with my job over a remote desktop connection in Cyprus. I do 4 days a week, and thanks to a better tax system I should be on similar money to the 5 days a week I used to do in Slough (oh yeah, I used to work in the same area as where they filmed the Office).

Cheers

Sorry Karma, don't have a favourite song. It is a question I am asked all the time. With a repertoire of over 400 songs, half the songs I sing are because I like them and the other half are songs which are popular and people want to hear. In any case, any song which gives a good feedback from the crowd makes me feel good. In regards of style of music, anything from classical to rap, as long as it sounds good to the ear.
