yes, it seems to me that kikapu above all is a cypriot. not a gc or a tc, but a cypriot. if more people thoguth of themselves just at cypriots, as opposed to GC or TC, it just might be the start of a solution. it seems to me this is a good thing. he is a grown man, he can make his own decisons without any guilt trips.

I thought many GC's crossed over to gamble in the North, so does that mean their loyalties lies with the TC's. ?? The answer is NO, of course.!

You're over streching the loyalty mumbo-jumbo a bit Viewpoint. I have 2 weeks to sort out bunch of legal stuff, as well as for my girlfriend to have a holiday, and aside from that, I shouldn't have to be restricted to where I can go in my own country. I'll wait and see how I'm treated by the GC's.
If it turns out to be an unpleasant experience, then I know, that I have landed in a foreign country, and not my home country, but until then, it may be people like me, who are willing to be "ambassadors" to both sides.

Its people like you that have lived abroad for so long you haven't got a clue. Those Gcs that cross to the north are labelled traitors by their own people and are warned not to spend money here in fear of supporting the TRNC economy. The reality will stare you in the face when you arrive the island is very much divided although you are not restricted to where you stay if that's in the GC run south "RoC" amongst GCs and not your own community then that is left to your own conscientious, if you have one.

A GC would never in a million years do what Kikapu is doing that's the point I want to make, they are united in the national goal to reduce Tcs into a minority status in their own country. People like Kikapu just support that goal and belittle all the effort of their own community. I hope he has a terrible time in the south and he is arrested by the army when crossing north maybe I should inform them
