We used Elephant Cars.

They were very good, priced well and prompt.

At Nestor car rentals in Paphos and explain to him that your a personal friend of mine (Brian Martin) from Scotland saying he told me you were the best and cheapest rental company in Cyprus and you could do me a brilliant deal for me, and he will drop the car of for you at Paphos Airport probably without even paying him till you get settled in your hotel, or he will leave it in your hotel car park and leave the keys at the reception.
p.s ive lost his email but just search for (nestor) with google,he's in the top 10.

Hi ukman,
I'm not too sure,but yes he is up one of the side streets on the left,up the hill from the harbour towards the main strech of hotels running along the coast line road in the direction of Paphos Airport, funily my mum and dad asked me that very same question believing they new him too,i arrive myself on jan 10th and i will ask him,what a small world eh' Chris is a tall guy with longish greying hair,late 40's early 50's.
