Ami the only person that feels tired??

I dont know why but recently i feel tired, im not sure if it is the weather or something else? I feel like im going into hibernation :) other than that, touch wood im feeling ok just vv sleepy, zzzzzzzzz.

Please tell me if you have any tips for me on trying to stay awake! (HELP)

ahh ok very fattening and i heared that its vvv bad for you, cant have everything i guess. Anything else anyone?? does anyone know any good sites i can read to pass the time, jokes or anything?

I sleep a lot so i will try to get some ginseng and vitamin B, no time for excersise have a screaming 15mnth old boy to look after and a full time job. Thanks

joanna, don't worry about your complaint, enjoy it, there are thousands of people who feel as you do, I being one of them, you may be prone to the medical condition known as Seasonal Affective Disorder, it is a well documented condition and is directly connected to the changes of season. Look it up on the inter-net, S.A.D. I am sure you will be re-assured, most importantly, Don't Worry. :) :) :) :) :)

It's quite chilly out today, go for a long brisk walk. Should give you a pick me up. I too have been feeling quite sluggish lately but I think that may have something to do with the 2 drunken weeks over Christmas & New Years!! Getting back into my old routine today of walking, eating right and getting to bed at a decent hour.

Thant would be nice but as i am at work at the moment i dont think my boss would be too happy me leaving my desk to go out for anice walk along the beach. I think SAD makes ppl sad aswell and im not, im ok appart from the eyes closing
