Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

joanna, there are various levels of S.A.D., you are probably only on the outer perimeter of the complaint as I am, there is no need for any specific medication, recognition of it is enough in that you become aware of your situation and learn how to deal with it, best wishes for a happy new year, look forward to the next season. :) :) :) :) :)

Just find something exciting to do. Something that you will think about before you go to sleep, dream about it and then wake up and run to it again ;)

Just a little note of caution - check you've got plenty of ventilation if you're using any heaters? We had a scare last year as we weren't getting enough ventilation when using the log burner. Sleepiness can be a symptom of carbon monoxide poisoning.. Ok, on that happy note! Lisa

This is a sign of depression. Multivitamins and herbal tea will help!

if you haven't had a physical, you should. make sure they check your thyroid (with a blood test). but more than likely, it's just the stress of life and motherhood that makes you tired.
see a doctor, just to be sure it is nothing major....
