Hi Joanna

I take it that the land is agricultural land.

what is the build / cover percentage.

Do the electric / water supplies and a phone line run along the access road.

Is it between the village and the highway.

Hi,
Yes the land is between the village and the highway, more specifically if you turn out of the village and go towards Tochni there is a turning imediately to your left, 2 minutes along that road where it forks off the land begins.

As far as i know there is water i think there should be electricity but im not sure. As for building factors, the 1.4 donums i mentioned above is a share of the 14 donums. I have a seperate title deed. As it is a large piece it is in 3 different zones. about 1000 or so square meters are 6% the rest is 30% and 60%, roughly half is in each zone but the magority is 60%.

Changed recently i called the land registry to make sure. Not agricultural land, plus road is official will be tamacked soon i hear.

Thanks for the info Joanna.

I had planned to be in Cyprus at the end of January and thought about coming to look but things have changed now and my trip to Cyprus will be the middle of March when I officially retire from work.

If it's still available then I'll have a look.

Cheers Bill
