okay but if i do put hidden ones in the shop do i have to have put a sign up and tell people as i am recording them without permission

mikeboy1991, the use of cctv in shops is quite common here regardless of the low crime rate, they are a sound investment for any small business and should, in my opinion, be placed in a prominent yet inaccessible position.There should also be notification that they are in constant use, good luck in your venture and best wishes for a prosperous new year.

Where are you planning to open your shop???

Rent prices can be high in some areas; Paphos = 5-10 P/SqM depending on location, position & size!

MAKE SURE you set up a legal company - it takes time but its not so expensive to do.
